Return Policy

• Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
• Products eligible for return include perfume bottles and body lotions. To qualify for a return, items must be sent back undamaged, particularly glass components. Additionally, perfumes should retain approximately 80% or more of their original quantity.
• To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at hello@myesans.com with the subject “Return of Order” and ship the items to the following address:

Refund Policy

• Upon successful return of the products, a full refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned package.
• Shipping fees for the return of items are covered by myesans.com.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, customers should follow the return process as mentioned above to cancel their order.

Delivery Terms

• Shipping Methods: We ship internationally using DHL Express, except for Greece, where we use Elta Courier.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are auto-calculated based on the weight of the products in the cart and are disclosed during the checkout process.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed and ready for shipping within 1-2 days for in-stock items. For out-of-stock items, an additional 3-5 working days are required. Product availability is displayed on each product’s page.
• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carriers. We select our shipping partners with care to ensure fast delivery times.
