Return Policy

Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Products eligible for return include perfume bottles and body lotions. To qualify for a return, items must be sent back undamaged, particularly glass components. Additionally, perfumes should retain approximately 80% or more of their original quantity.

Refund Policy

Upon successful return of the products, a full refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned package.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, customers should follow the return process as mentioned above to cancel their order.

Delivery Terms

Shipping Methods: We ship internationally using Fedex, except for Greece, where we use Speedex.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are auto-calculated based on the weight of the products in the cart and are disclosed during the checkout process.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.
Order Processing: Orders are processed and ready for shipping within 1-2 days for in-stock items. For out-of-stock items, an additional 3-5 working days are required. Product availability is displayed on each product’s page.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carriers. We select our shipping partners with care to ensure fast delivery times.
